CFO of a digital advertising start-up where he worked closely with the Founder/CEO to scale the business from 5 employees to 40+ within 3 years– including a topline growth that reached 7-figures during his tenure

Launched a search fund/micro-cap PE fund with the objective of acquiring, operating, and scaling a single platform business where he raised capital from a group of U.S. and Canadian institutional funds and high-net-worth individuals. Transactions had an enterprise value of $5M – $100M across various sectors, primarily being classified under business and healthcare services.

Most recently, he utilized all of his experience in investment banking, operations, and private equity to transition to fractional CFO work with a focus on helping small and medium-sized business owners scale their companies
