Steven Tardalo is a financial management professional who brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Sales, and General Management.

As a trusted advisor, his strategic expertise resides in the analysis and implementation of systems, strategies, and controls in order to improve organizational performance and profitability. In overseeing daily business, finance, and HR operations across a broad spectrum, Steven has honed his analytic and assessment skills to successfully work with start-ups, SMBs, and midsize private and public companies to provide incremental growth. Prior to joining The CEO’s Right Hand, Steven served as Controller for Xtiva Financial Systems, a B2B Sales Compensation Software Platform. He was charged with the oversight and management of all financial affairs and sales operations, including P&L for all 4 offices worldwide, with 50 employees, annual revenues of $10M, and over 80 enterprise customers. Mr. Tardalo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
