Ms. Lieberman is an experienced marketing and sales enablement strategist specializing in B2B startups / SMBs.
Jianna has 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy and sales enablement. She specializes in startup or growth environments where bootstrapping and rapid experimentation are the norm. Engagements with Jianna may include one-off projects or ongoing relationships via retainer. In either instance, she is quick to assess needs, integrate into the existing organization, and get to work to deliver bottom-line results. She often serves as the foundational marketing and sales hire for growing and scaling organizations.
She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Marketing & Strategy Majors) with a concentration in Marketing Analytics as well as a BFA in graphic design. Her combination of design, data, and business skills allows her to easily translate high level strategy into marketing collateral, and to analytically assess the efficacy of her recommendations. Deliverables from her engagements may include: go-to-market planning and implementation, inbound and outbound pipeline generation strategy and execution, product positioning and messaging, sales enablement materials, marketing & sales analytics, and hiring.
She has worked with The CEO’s Hand since 2020, overseeing pipeline generation, content creation, and marketing strategy.
Ms. Lieberman received her MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management with a double major in Marketing and Strategy and a concentration in Consumer Analytics. She also holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
