Ed Woo is a seasoned human resources, operations, and talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of diverse and broad-based experience. He has a proven track record of producing quality results ranging from building startups from scratch to scaling medium-to-large national companies for growth and expansion.
Ed holds expertise in building and implementing HR, operations, and recruiting deliverables, process improvements, program management, training, full-cycle recruiting, and putting together and implementing hiring strategies within budget and demanding timelines. Ed held several leadership positions in various industries, including technology, SaaS, e-commerce, ed-tech, health-tech, consumer goods, financial services, public accounting, consulting, non-profit, and staffing. He has recruited for roles ranging from entry-level to executive, built and led high-performing teams, and managed external agencies, search firms, consultants, and vendors to augment the team.
In his free time, Ed enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and being a dedicated movie and music enthusiast.
