Annmarie Allen is a progressive Certified Coach, HR Leader, Consultant, and Trainer with more than 30 years of diverse experience, most of which has focused on Human Resources, Coaching, and the Law. She is passionate about working with mission-driven organizations to help their leaders and teams achieve their true potential through highly engaged consulting, empowering coaching, and impactful training.
Annmarie has specialized expertise in employee relations, leadership and organizational development, coaching, positive mental fitness, and providing strategic guidance to senior leaders. Additionally, she has significant experience working with leaders and organizations struggling with leadership challenges, working through difficult work situations, and overcoming difficult workplace dynamics, including establishing a healthy work environment, especially for organizations and teams that are going through transitions.
Through an empathetic, sensitive, logical, and direct approach, with some humor, Annmarie has partnered with C-Suite leaders and organizations, meeting them where they are. She helps them find solutions and feel confident and empowered to take action to triumph over their challenges successfully and to develop positive work cultures, improving employee engagement and performance.
Before launching her Mental Fitness & Leadership Coaching, Consulting, and Training business, Annmarie served as the CHRO at the University of New England. Prior to that, she served as the CHRO for Harvard University’s John A Paulsen School of Engineering, as well as the Director of HR for the Harvard Divinity School.
Annmarie holds a JD from the New England School of Law, a Coaching Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (ICF Accredited), a Master’s Degree from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor’s from Keene State College. In her spare time, you will find Annmarie spending time walking the beach with her senior pup, playing pickleball and volunteering for local organizations.
