Loren Buck brings over 20 years of finance, operations, and strategic leadership experience to The CEO’s Right Hand. He has held C-level positions with venture-backed, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies and advised companies globally as an investment banker.
Loren has partnered with internal and external stakeholders in these roles to direct financial operations establishment, capital raising, M&A, acquisition integration, corporate strategy, and sale-process readiness efforts for fast-growing organizations. His teams have delivered results for over 70% of the Fortune 100 on five continents, led multiple IPO processes, completed approximately $3B of M&A and capital raising transactions, and completed multiple ERP implementations.
Loren holds a B.S. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a CFA Charterholder. In his free time, Loren enjoys flying and SCUBA diving and has completed an Ironman and multiple half-Ironman triathlons.
