Thomas Moysak
VP of Business Development
Thomas Moysak is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. He has successfully launched, managed, and sold businesses throughout the most volatile times in history.
Tom has broad experience with leading companies in the wealth management and enterprise SaaS industries. Over his career, he has held multiple executive-level positions, providing leadership and guidance for professional services, sales, and business development organizations.
Tom’s core belief is that success comes from putting the client and relationships at the center of everything he does. That belief has been his guiding principle since his early roots in accounting and throughout his career as he assumed increasing levels of responsibility. It helped him gain consensus among his C-suite peers, lead teams, and deliver value as he built companies from the ground up.
Before joining the CEO’s Right Hand, Tom was President of Northeast Securities. During his tenure, this mid-sized independent wealth management company grew from zero to forty million in gross revenue. He was also the founding investor and eventually Chairman and CEO of Xtiva Financial Systems. He was responsible for growing this mid-sized B2B SaaS organization from 3M to 12M in recurring revenue.
Tom earned his BBA from Hofstra University and lives in Westchester, NY, with his wife and four children.
