Stephanie Iaboni has built a career partnering with executives and key stakeholders to inspire innovative solutions to complex Human Capital problems that scale with the organization’s growth. An accomplished executive who brings extensive experience in senior leadership roles, she has a history of leading high-performing teams in human resources.

Primarily responsible for the design and development of HR strategy and process while in high growth mode, she has also built structure & practices from scratch, refreshed stale initiatives, and introduced new and effective ways of approaching HR with a focus on Employee Value Proposition. From recruiting, talent development, and performance management, to salary structure, vision and mission, Stephanie has done it all.

Stephanie held the role of Head of People Operations, as well as being a member of the Executive Team for 10 years in a variety of industries including software, managed services, real estate, financial services, and nonprofit. Her work brings expertise to well-established companies as well as early-stage start-up environments.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She spends her spare time volunteering with several animal rescue and animal charities, and cheering on the NY Rangers!
