Stephanie Iaboni has built a career partnering with executives and key stakeholders to inspire innovative solutions to complex Human Capital problems that scale with the organization’s growth. An accomplished executive who brings extensive experience in senior leadership roles, she has a history of leading high-performing teams in human resources.
She believes that businesses thrive when they have best-in-class talent in the right place, that talent feels valued, and they’re dedicated to bringing a company’s vision to life. It’s about creating the perfect recipe of building the right roles, filling them with the best people, and having the right timing.
Primarily responsible for the design and development of HR strategy and process while in high growth mode, she has also built structure & practices from scratch, refreshed stale initiatives, and introduced new and effective ways of approaching HR with a focus on Employee Value Proposition. From recruiting, talent development, and performance management, to salary structure, vision and mission, Stephanie has done it all.
She consistently brings a level of empathy and thoughtfulness while remaining agile and adept at driving change. Stephanie believes it’s about remembering there’s a ‘human’ in human capital and that an organization’s people are the drivers of success.

Stephanie held the role of Head of People Operations, as well as being a member of the Executive Team for 10 years in a variety of industries including software, managed services, real estate, financial services, and nonprofit. Her work brings expertise to well-established companies as well as early-stage start-up environments.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She spends her spare time volunteering with several animal rescue and animal charities, and cheering on the NY Rangers!
