Nancy Nye is a consulting CFO that has led several M&A deals in her 25+ years in the finance and accounting arena. Her focus on entrepreneurial start-up companies has been the driving force of her success.

Growing companies and leading accounting teams through the diligence process has been her core strength. In addition to budgeting and forecasting, she also has experience with ERP system implementation and integration into public companies. Ms. Nye’s experience includes technology companies, manufacturing, and service industries, and also includes setting up operations in international locations. She has experience in government contracting, with oversight of spending, budgets, and audit.

Ms. Nye brings extensive experience to any organization, with a focus on operational growth, transition, and planning.  She has been responsible for the financial reporting and controls as a subsidiary of public companies, private, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Nye is known for efficiently running the financial operations of small companies and has had oversight of accounting departments, human resources, and IT functions as well. Ms. Nye values the importance of mentoring, and has herself mentored several employees to grow within the organization, to elevate themselves through dedication and hard work.

In addition to her full-time career as CFO, having been an entrepreneur herself co-owning a winery, she understands the challenges of start-ups and growing businesses, and is able to quickly adapt to any situation or change in direction.

Ms. Nye has earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.  She is very active in her local community and is very involved in volunteer work for several organizations. She has dedicated time to Meals on Wheels, Sharon Richardson Hospice, Food Bank and The Salvation Army. Additionally, Ms. Nye serves as a founder of RunWithAngels.org. Ms. Nye is the first female to serve on the board of the Finance and Business Law Department at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. In the past, she served as a member of the New Jersey Technical Council CFO Advisory Board, and has served with the Crohns and Colitis Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
