Meredith Irons brings over 8 years of accounting experience in the e-commerce and software development, pharmaceutical benefit management, real estate (property management) and retail space. She was just 22 when she obtained her CPA license in the State of New Jersey. Prior to joining The CEO’s Right Hand, Meredith served as a financial consultant with Fractional Finance, LLC providing bookkeeping services to their client base. Meredith was previously a Senior Accountant for Konica Minolta Business Solutions, an optical products company, where she was responsible for capital lease reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, accounting for revenue recognition, lease-to-own accounting, monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, and SOX compliance.
Meredith has generous experience preparing financial statements for multiple entities, analyzing and reviewing general ledgers, processing insurance claim payments and reconciliations, executing analysis of A/R and A/P, as well as preparing payer-to-payer contracts. She combines her excellent analytic skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecast. Meredith is also familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, reporting and documentation, audits, reviews and compilation procedures. Additionally, Ms. Irons is well versed in tax preparation (including Canadian returns), preparing individual and corporate federal, state and local tax returns and issuing tax related correspondence with state and government agencies.
As a Senior Accountant for The CEO’s Right Hand, Meredith will be responsible for providing client base bookkeeping, financial analysis and integration work with accounting and payroll systems.
