Ms. Rose is the founder of MelRose CFO Services and provides outsourced CFO and Controller consulting services to her clients. She has held various leadership finance and accounting roles with more than 20 years of experience with a specialization in the entertainment, media and technology industry in both large matrix organizations and start-up ventures. She is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with demonstrated success who partners with senior executives, board members and collaborates across all levels within an organization to drive success, deliver high growth value, increasing operating efficiencies and developing, growing and managing finance teams.
MelRose CFO Services recent client experience includes Essence Communications supporting their transition from Meredith/Time Inc including a NetSuite ERP implementation, financial reporting & analysis, purchase price & account reconciliations, process and internal controls documentation, accounts receivable & collections and various tax compliance.
Prior to launching MelRose CFO Services, Ms. Rose was the Controller of EPIX at Viacom, a premium television and digital entertainment network subscription service, which was a joint venture of Viacom, Paramount, MGM and Lionsgate. She joined EPIX in 2008 prior to the networks launch and was a key member of the management team where she partnered with the CEO and CFO to build and grow the organization. After successfully raising $258 million, the company was cash flow positive within 14 months of launch, reached profitability within 26 months, generated over $185 million net revenue by year 7, grew to $500 million of annual revenues and had a market value over $1.2 billion. She led the implementations of the finance infrastructure, SAP ERP system, Sintec programming database, financial reporting, FP&A and budgeting process, policies, procedures and internal controls.
Before joining Viacom and EPIX in 2008, Ms. Rose held positions at Home Box Office leading the financial infrastructure, financial reporting and FP&A for Picturehouse Films, a film distribution joint venture between HBO and New Line Cinema. She also held positions at Time Warner for 4 years in its Internal Reporting group and over 3 years in public accounting.
Ms. Rose obtained an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business in 2007, specializing in Finance, Marketing, and Entertainment, Media & Technology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Binghamton in Accounting and is a Licensed New York State CPA.

Ms. DiCaprio is an administrative professional with accounts payable, accounts receivable, marketing, business development, client relationship management, customer service and administrative projects.
In her previous experience as Accounts Payable Supervisor for Kesef Accounting, Cindy was responsible for daily A/P processes, supervision of A/P clerks; vendor management and supplier relations. She oversaw the timely, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, credit memos and payment transactions. She previously trained users and served as the primary troubleshooter on all accounts payable systems and functions.
She has experience preparing accounts receivable for over 80 clients, has previously managed and processed all ACH transactions, prepares and reviews client financial statements, and prepares and oversees 1099 documents for year-end tax reporting.
As Senior Accountant for The CEO’s Right Hand, Cindy will be responsible for providing client base bookkeeping, financial analysis and integration work with accounting and payroll systems.
Ms. DiCaprio received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant College.
