KC Weinraub is the founder of Kind Compensation, an HR consultancy focused on compensation and total rewards.

KC’s purpose is to help companies reward kindly by ensuring thoughtful rewards programs, balancing pay-for-performance with fair and equitable practices, and leaning into employee-centric communication strategies. From market insights and coaching to in-depth analyses and custom compensation plan design, Kind Compensation can help companies motivate talent and business performance through improved trust and transparency.

In addition to his work with The CEO’s Right Hand, KC is currently head of Total Rewards for eHealth, a health insurance and Medicare broker located in Silicon Valley, California. He has previously led compensation and rewards programs at an array of well-respected companies across a variety of industries, including Morgan Stanley, Ralph Lauren, IPG, EY, Credit Suisse, and IAC.  KC earned an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. KC is a current board member for the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) and the New York Council of Relocation Professionals (NYCORP). Additionally, he holds several certifications from WorldatWork – Certified Compensation Professional(CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), and Global Remuneration Professional (CCP).

In his free time, KC is a youth sports coach, mentors students at Rutgers University, and enjoys playing and seeing live music.
