Julie Devincenzi – Sales & Marketing Operations

Julie Devincenzi is an executive administrative professional with over seventeen years of experience in the business and education sectors. In addition to executive-level support, Ms. Devincenzi has professional experience in program development, project management, operations, and client services.

Ms. Devincenzi’s strong leadership allows her to oversee processes and procedures, organization, providing initiatives in cross-functional assignments, keen analytical assessment, and persuasive communications to engage a diverse constituent base, internal teams, and meet client needs effectively and strategically.

Ms. Devincenzi previously served as the assistant to the Director of Innovation and Support and Director of Student Programs, whereby she developed program projections based upon a need assessment survey, was responsible for State compliance reporting, and provided resources and program content to internal and external stakeholders. She has since served in Operations Manager, Project Management, and Executive Assistant roles for small to mid-size companies.

With this experience serving senior executives, Ms. Devincenzi provides seamless support, with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Her highly developed organizational skills allow her to execute the operational needs of any team to which she is assigned.

Ms. Devincenzi received her Bachelor of Arts in English Writing at the University of San Francisco.
