Since 2017, David has served as both permanent and fractional CFO for more than a dozen small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). David specializes in servicing start-ups, emerging high-growth and established companies throughout their lifecycle from seed to exit, with a specific emphasis in SaaS and Fintech.

Previously, David co-founded and was a Managing Partner of Kirenaga Partners LLC, a private investment firm where he served as a member of the Investment Committee, Chair of the Valuation Committee and Head of Consumer and Healthcare investments, as well as acting CEO/COO over the firms’ home care operations. While at Kirenaga, the fund made a total of 11 portfolio investments generating shareholder returns of 102%, with a 26% IRR.
David has an extensive background in domestic and cross-border M&A, with more than 15 years of professional and investment banking experience at Houlihan Lokey, BNP Paribas and Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $5 billion. Prior to investment banking, David was a Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
David holds a BS in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan (Ross School of Business).
