Beth Tardalo is a seasoned executive assistant with over two decades of experience supporting C-suite executives across multiple high-profile organizations. She is currently a Fractional Executive Assistant, providing remote administrative support to top executives, where she excels in managing complex calendars, coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding, maintaining sales lead funnels, and liaising with clients and partners.
Beth began her career at Federated Department Stores, where she spent four years as an Administrative Assistant. There, she managed daily activities for senior vice presidents, prepared PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials, handled travel arrangements, and drafted correspondence. Her ability to manage events, schedule meetings, and coordinate vendor contracts laid a strong foundation for her administrative skills.
In 2003, Beth joined Smith Barney, serving as an Administrative Assistant. She provided high-level support to the Director of Marketing & Advertising and the Director of Client & Account Services, managing communications, drafting correspondence, and coordinating travel itineraries and meetings. Her role expanded to assisting with ad-hoc projects and handling confidential material, showcasing her reliability and versatility.
Beth’s next career move was to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2005, where she served as an Executive Assistant for over six years. Here, she supported the Director of Branch System and CAO of the Private Client Group. Her responsibilities included maintaining databases, reconciling credit card bills, assisting in recruitment, and coordinating quarterly branch meetings. Beth’s meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills were instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion.
In 2011, Beth transitioned to JPMorgan Chase as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Over a decade, she provided administrative and strategic support, managed complex calendars, coordinated international travel, and prepared client briefings. Beth also played a critical role in project planning and management, fiscal management, and implementing communication strategies among the executive team.
Since November 2021, Beth has been leveraging her extensive experience in a self-employed capacity as a Fractional Executive Assistant. Her role involves providing administrative support to CEOs, COOs, and other executives, managing fluid calendars, coordinating staff processes, and maintaining project databases. She is adept at composing and editing correspondence, proposals, and presentations, and is skilled in building referral relationships and performing online research.
Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University and has also studied at the Katherine Gibbs School. Her extensive career has equipped her with a diverse skill set, including project management, communication, client relations, and strategic support, making her an invaluable asset to any executive team.
