Andrew Jaquith is a committed finance and accounting manager with over 12 years of experience, as well as a creative, empathetic professional, and an assertive and effective communicator.

He has worked for a variety of firms in the US and abroad, addressing a wide scope of accounting and finance needs in those roles, from audit engagements, technical consolidations, and complex tax research, to M&A deal accounting and valuations, project management, strategic organizational restructuring, and accounting and finance software change rollouts. Some notable projects and achievements include:

  • Successfully engaged with Investitionsbank Berlin to receive approximately 2M in state funding and investment for Pixtunes GmbH, a software start-up in Berlin.
  • Managed all financial and tax reporting for GetUsPPE, a non-profit launched as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic, having received nearly 25M in donated goods and cash over the lifetime of the organization with direct distribution to local providers and communities.
  • Managed the successful acquisition and merger of Helios Interactive, an 8M annual revenue firm based in San Francisco, to Freeman, Inc., a 5B annual revenue firm based in Dallas, Texas, including all financial due diligence and reporting, accounting and finance software transitions, departmental organizational restructuring, and all accounting and tax changes through the acquisition period.
  • Drove major restructuring at Headline to reduce overhead and manufacturing costs by 7% of revenue and improve profit margins over a 4-year period through a combination of outsourcing and elimination of loss-leading operations, development of new software to replace existing ERP software tools to improve operational efficiency, reducing headcount and lifetime software service costs.

In addition to accounting and finance, Andrew is an accomplished musician, photographer, writer, chef, and traveler.

Education

Andrew has a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
