He attributes business success to his ability to develop cross functional partnerships and by empowering individuals to embrace and participate in the solution process.Rich brings to the table, broad industry knowledge in the following: Restaurant & Food Service Production, Retail, Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, Real Estate, Internet and Licensing Operations having served at Carnegie Deli/Franchise as their CFO/COO where he recruited to transform and upgrade accounting and finance operations,and ultimately assumed full P&L, Operational and Administrative responsibility for the group of Companies which required a total revamping of the organization’s infrastructure.As Controller for Thomas Manufacturing, he again was recruited to transform and upgrade accounting and finance operations, and lead Diamond Abrasive’s Corporation in their transition from independent ownership to wholly owned subsidiary for this $120 million unit.
