Trevor is a true solutions specialist focused on business-to-business intersections between finance, operations, and consulting roles for multiple clients. He has a deep background in Logistics/Supply Chain, CPG, Manufacturing, Marketing, & Professional Services companies. His clients often find that they try to fulfill the role of all functions which leads to the “wandering dog syndrome.” Thus, leading to broken processes, cost overruns, and muted strategies. Facilitating change by driving initiatives that are stalled and/or required to improve a company’s financial health is one part of Trevor’s methodology, which fosters a growth culture. Many of Trevor’s clients are in the process of growing via scale/M&A/innovations and structure/planning will allow for greater liquidity events in the short & long term.
Among Trevor’s major accomplishments, he served as a Senior Leader for a $3B Private Equity business guiding the Company’s profitability via large scale multi-state RFP wins and Pricing endeavors on contracts, he was a driving force behind the team that generated margin expansion from $6M to $16M in 3 years. Trevor was responsible for the entire finance function for the largest of the 5 business units spanning over 25 locations. During his tenure there he was also responsible for closing $250M in new contracts and existing revenue enhancements. He also led the company in successful site turnarounds in a total of 5 locations spanning across the US. Trevor also served as CFO for a $65M Private Equity company during a turnaround, hired specifically to restructure the organization from the top down and restore the Company’s margins back to historical highs.
Previously Trevor served in senior roles in the terminal & logistics industry, focusing primarily on business turnarounds & pricing leadership for new services and repositioning of older contracts. Trevor is also on multiple not-for-profit boards, guiding growth and transactional planning.
Trevor received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Concentration in Management from Coastal Carolina University.
