With over 25 years of experience spanning corporate finance, operational leadership, and hands-on accounting, Stephanie brings a rare blend of executive-level insight and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. Her background includes serving as CFO and Controller across industries like construction, education, landscaping, and technology, where she led critical initiatives in budgeting, job costing, and systems implementation.
Stephanie has successfully led audits (CPA, IRS, ASC606, union), built and trained high-performing teams, and managed multi-entity environments. Her leadership during financial turnarounds and software implementations has helped businesses scale more efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
She earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
