Douglas Hale is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience and expertise in financial controls and policies, acquisition and integration, carve out, treasury/cash management, ERP implementation, human resources, global consolidation/multi-currency and accounting.
Doug is currently the President and Founder of Acadia Consulting where he manages tactical accounting teams, while partnering with senior management on strategic financial challenges, ensures traditional accounting functions, analyzes KPIs, accounting systems and creates pro forma projections.
Prior to Acadia Consulting, Doug was the CFO for Four Winds Health (Well Street Urgent Care) where he led the implementation of the company’s accounting software system and oversaw all of the accounting staff, developed all the modeling to optimize working capital, oversaw the development of various reporting packages, and evaluated suitability of acquisition targets. He served as CFO to several smaller companies in the health, auto and entertainment industries.
Doug currently provides our client-base high-level expertise in financial controls, policies, acquisition and integration.
Doug received his Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, from Goizueta Business School, Emory University. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
