The CEO’s Right Hand provides strategic, financial and operational consulting services to clients who need assistance growing or scaling the business or are resource-constrained and prefer to outsource C-level help. Through our case studies, we share how we’ve helped our clients find success.
Adgorithmics, LLC is an international early-stage B2B AdTech company, which automates social advertising for small and medium size businesses. With early roots as a managed service provider to major brands in the US and Japan, the firm is now marketing its technology as a self-service solution (SaaS).
Adgorithmics retained The CEO’s Right Hand (TCRH) to provide a variety of finance and operational functions as the firm builds from a start-up to an early-stage growth company.
Starting with a capital raise effort resulting in over $1 million in new equity in 2015, TCRH assisted in the development of a comprehensive financial model, including detailed revenue “waterfall” details, integrated financial statements, and an easy-to-use assumptions and dashboard to enable the sensitivity analysis needed for optimal management decision making.
In addition, TCRH made key contributions to the materials that were presented to prospective investors during the capital raise process.
To date, other projects for Adgo have included:
- evaluation and relationship management of outsourced software development team and other vendors
- oversight of all accounting / bookkeeping functions for both the U.S. and Japanese business units, including development of consolidated financials (multicurrency)
- review and input on the majority of legal contracts
- interview and reference checks on job candidates
- operational assistance for internal MIS and human resource functions
As the primary engagement principal, Mr. Lieberman works closely with the Management Team of Adgo, to whom he brings his analytical, problem solving and people’s skills, and facilitates the work of his TCRH colleagues.
“William is a major asset to the company. We would not be where we are today without his help over the past year. He quickly learned our business model and translated the finance and operational drivers into actionable goals for the entire team, including himself.” – Michael Kim, Chief Executive Officer
